TRY CURLING

• FREE curling skills Introduction for adults 18 years and older.
• Learn how to slide or use a delivery stick, deliver a rock and sweep.
• All equipment will be supplied. Participants are asked to wear loose fitting clothing to allow freedom of movement and bring a cleanpair of running shoes (or curling shoes) not worn to the club.
• Bad hips, knees, back or mobility issues Try Stick curling. The use of a curling delivery stick is an alternative delivery method for players who may have issues with the traditional curling slide.
• All equipment will be supplied. Participants are asked to wear loose fitting clothes to allow freedom of movement and bring a clean pair of running shoes or curling shoes, not worn to the club.
• Pre-registration required.
