Supporting the club’s financial health beyond membership dues and bonspiel revenue. Their focus is to create engaging, sustainable ways to raise funds while building community involvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the LEAGUE/BONSPIEL COORDINATORS to set the volunteer requirements for the season.
- Post the season’s volunteer schedule on the Club’s Volunteer Board.
- Work with MARKETING to communicate with the members volunteer needs.
- Recruit and organize volunteers for bonspiels and events.
- Clearly communicate roles and expectations.
- Work with the MARKETING to recognize and thank volunteers for their contributions.
- Maintain that kitchen supplies stay at the required level during the curling season.
- Maintain the first aid kit (2) supplies stay at the required level throughout the year.
