Supporting the club’s financial health beyond membership dues and bonspiel revenue. Their focus is to create engaging, sustainable ways to raise funds while building community involvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate additional revenue to support operations, facility improvements, and special projects.
- Enhance member experience.
- Build relationships with the local community to increase participation.
- Develop an annual fundraising plan with goals and targets.
- Create a calendar of events and campaigns.
- Recruit and organize volunteers for events and campaigns.
- Promote fundraising initiatives through social media, newsletters, and local advertising.
- Track revenue and expenses for each initiative.
- Report results to the Club’s Board of Directors
