- Monitor financial performance against budget
- Ensure proper financial controls and accountability are in place
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Provide input on short- and long-term financial planning
- Advise on financial sustainability and growth opportunities
- Support planning for capital projects or major purchases
