Provide guidance, coordination, and support for the planning and delivery of Club leagues and bonspiels. Ensure programs run smoothly, are enjoyable for members and guests of the Club.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide input on league structure, formats, and scheduling (e.g., draw times, team formation, skill levels).
- Support League and Bonspiel Coordinators with best practices and problem-solving.
- Assist with developing new leagues or improving existing ones to increase participation.
- Offer guidance on rules, etiquette and fair play standards.
- Help enforce safety practices for members and volunteers.
- Help address member and guest feedback and recommend improvements.
- Assist in promoting leagues and bonspiels in collaboration with MARKETING.
- Encourage participation and help build a welcoming club culture.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Maintain documentation or notes to support future planning.
